Order Delivery Service

Delivery terms:
- Express delivery starts at 11:00 AM.
- Orders received after nine o'clock in the evening will not be delivered on the same day, as delivery will be carried over to the next day unless the customer specifies a specific date for delivery.
- Jubail City The order cannot be delivered on the same day when the order is completed after 4 pm
- Mecca city The order cannot be delivered on the same day when the order is completed after 4 pm
- Naseem products coordinated with a Hanoverian chocolate box. The color of the box may vary depending on the Hanoverian version and the timing of your order.
- There is no receipt from branches, and if the order is received from one of our branches, the delivery value is not refunded.
- If some types of roses, the type of packaging, the color of the ribbon, and the shape of the vase are not available, we will replace them with types similar in shape and matching in price.
- Friday delivery starts at 3pm
- If there is more than one package in the basket and they are delivered on different days and times or to several people, a 25 riyal shipping fee will be added for each additional order.
Delivery Service:
- The delivery value is calculated at the price shown on the site according to your city. Delivery is throughout the week according to the delivery period chosen in your order details. Friday deliveries start from 15:00 until 11:00 at night.
- We are committed to delivering your order within the hours of the chosen delivery period... unless the gift recipient requests to change the delivery period to suit him.
- Naseem has a team of the best shipping and delivery staff through refrigerated vehicles equipped to suit our product. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition.
- If the delivery of the order is delayed by more than 3 hours for the chosen period, the customer may be eligible to recover half the value of the order in the form of a credit in Naseem wallet.
- Naseem team will not be obligated to deliver the order within the period selected with the order information if the recipient is late in sending his location.
NB:
- These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond control that cause delivery delays, such as (some establishments that do not allow entry - incorrect recipient data - climatic factors - seasons - traffic congestion).
- The sender must provide the correct address and phone number of the recipient and Naseem Team will not be responsible for any type of compensation, if the recipient's address or data provided is not complete, incorrect or does not answer the phone.
- If ordering during the holidays or seasons, orders will be prepared within 24 hours, so we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours before the requested delivery date.
- If the order status is “Delivery” and the driver goes out to deliver the order based on the location sent by the recipient, then the recipient changes the location or requests to postpone delivery to another date, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost again.
