Welcome to Naseem Flowers, where we care about every detail to ensure your gift arrives beautifully and on time. We offer fast and reliable delivery services for a smooth and convenient shopping experience that begins with your selection and ends with a smile from your loved one.
At Naseem Flowers, we don't just deliver orders… we deliver emotions. From elegant packaging to precise delivery, we ensure your gift arrives on time carrying the same feeling you chose it for.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Same-day express delivery starts from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM. On Fridays, delivery starts from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM.
- Orders received after 9:00 PM cannot be delivered on the same day and will be scheduled for the next day unless the customer selects a future delivery date.
- Jubail City: Same-day delivery is not available for orders placed after 4:00 PM.
- Makkah City: Same-day delivery is not available for orders placed after 4:00 PM.
- (Al-Muzahimiyah – Al-Majma'ah – Taif) are currently outside our delivery coverage.
- (Al-Mahamid – Bahrah – Hadda) follow the same delivery schedule as Makkah.
- Store pickup is not available for online store or app orders. If an order is collected from one of our branches, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the rates shown on the website and app, depending on the delivery city. Deliveries are available throughout the week according to the selected delivery time slot. Friday deliveries operate from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- We commit to delivering your order within the selected delivery time slot unless the recipient requests a change.
- If the recipient delays sharing the delivery location, the order may be rescheduled to the next available delivery slot.
- If delivery is delayed beyond the selected time slot (excluding delays caused by the recipient's location sharing or request to postpone delivery), the order will be eligible for a full refund of the delivery fee.
Important Notice
These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control that may cause delivery delays, such as:
- Restricted access locations requiring permits
- Incorrect recipient information
- Weather conditions
- High-demand seasons
- Traffic congestion
- Any force majeure situations
The sender must provide the correct delivery city and recipient phone number. Naseem Flowers is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.
If the delivery location is changed after the order has been dispatched with a Naseem delivery representative, additional delivery charges may apply.
General Notes
- Naseem products paired with Hannoverian chocolate boxes may have box colors that vary depending on the supplier's edition at the time of order.
- If certain seasonal flowers, packaging types, ribbon colors, or vases are unavailable, they will be replaced with similar alternatives of equal value and appearance.
- Cake products cannot be delivered on the same day the order is placed. This is to ensure freshness, as cakes are ordered from suppliers on the same day of delivery.
Order Acceptance Times
- Orders are accepted 24/7 through the online store and mobile application.
- Orders are delivered according to the delivery time selected in the order details and in compliance with Naseem Flowers' delivery policy.
